Hi Juni,

Today, you were born — and my whole world changed forever.

Your mum and I have been waiting for this moment for what feels like an eternity, counting down the days, dreaming about what you’d be like, and imagining the first time we’d get to hold you. And now you’re finally here. Tiny. Perfect. Ours.

There aren’t enough words to describe the mix of emotions rushing through me right now — relief, joy, love, fear, pride — all tangled together in the best way possible. I’ve never felt so overwhelmed and so grounded at the same time.

I can’t wait to see you grow, Juni. To hear your laugh, to watch you take your first steps, to discover the world with you. There will be ups and downs, challenges and triumphs, but I promise you this: I’ll be there every step of the way, holding your hand when you need it and cheering you on when you’re ready to soar.

I hope you grow up knowing how deeply you are loved, not just by me and your mum, but by everyone whose lives you’ll touch. You are already the best part of us, and I feel so lucky to be your dad.
